2. What Happens After a Valid DMCA Notice?

Once we receive a valid DMCA notification:

We will review the claim within a reasonable period.

If the claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

We may notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed due to a copyright complaint. �

3. DMCA Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the removed material and its original location on the site.

A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or where our company is located) and accepting service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA Notice. �

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Repeated infringement is taken seriously. Accounts or users who are determined to be repeat infringers may have their access restricted or terminated in appropriate circumstances. �
